However, if your custom product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will assess the situation and offer a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the damage. Please note that we require photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product to process a refund.
  4. Exclusions:Custom products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. This policy also applies to products that have been damaged after delivery due to negligence or misuse.
  5. Refund Process:In the event that a refund is warranted, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
